Presiding over the ceremony was the esteemed Inspector General of Police, 2nd class Kokou Brice Allowanou, who serves as the Director General of the Republican Police. Gilles Yekpe, the Divisional Commissioner of Police and Director of the École nationale supérieure de police, articulated the core objectives of these specialized training initiatives.
