The Lomé University, the largest higher education institution in Togo, welcomes thousands of new graduates and students each year. To facilitate the enrollment process, the university has modernized and digitalized its procedures for a smoother experience. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process without any difficulties.
Conditions and Pre-requisites
Before starting the online application process, ensure you have the following documents:
New graduates (LMD 1): Obtain a BAC 2 degree or an equivalent recognized diploma.
Re-enrollment: Have your student ID number and validate your previous level or meet the progression requirements.
Valid email address and phone number: Required for creating a profile and receiving notifications.
Electronic payment means: Flooz (T-Money/Moov Money) or an active bank card for paying registration fees and other expenses.
The Enrollment Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
The entire enrollment process now takes place via the university’s official online portal (daas.univ-lome.tg) or the dedicated RESUP platform.
Follow these steps:
Create your student profile by providing your personal information, BAC notes, and course selection (Faculties, Schools, or Institutes).
Upload scanned copies of required documents in digital format (PDF or JPG): a copy of your ID, BAC 2 certificate, birth certificate, and passport (for international students).
Pay registration fees and other expenses through authorized payment channels.
Validate your application through the DAAS services and receive an inscription confirmation.
Visit the University Medical Center for a mandatory medical examination, followed by the issuance of your student ID card.
Preserved Original Documents
Although the application process is digitalized, students must be able to present their original documents during academic checks or exams:
A certified copy of your birth certificate.
A certified copy of your national identity card (for Togolese nationals) or a valid passport and residence permit (for international students).
The original BAC 2 diploma.
Relevant class notes.
A printed enrollment confirmation from the university’s portal.
Payment receipts for bank transfers or electronic payments.
