On Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the Auditorium of the University of Lomé became the epicenter of intellectual rigor as the national finale of the 17th edition of the International Jeunes en Herbe OHADA Competition (CIGHO) unfolded. This high-stakes event, co-organized by the National Coordination of CIGHO in Togo and the International Association of Law Students—Togo branch (AIEJ-TOGO), followed intense preliminary rounds held simultaneously in Lomé and Kara on April 25, 2026.

The ceremony kicked off with opening remarks from the Master of Ceremonies, Me Pirénam BLANDE, former President of AIEJ-TOGO. The stage then welcomed speeches from key figures, including the National Coordinator Mr. Messifa Komlan KONALI, Magistrate, a representative of the Commissioner-General of the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) Mr. Saturnin Sassou A. AGBLO-NOAMESSI, Head of Division at OTR (a key partner for the finale), and the Project Manager of the 17th CIGHO edition, Me Têko Seyram Godwin AMENYINU, PhD in Private Law and Attorney at Law. These addresses paved the way for the written examinations.
