Togo’s civil service opens ENA entrance exams for mid- and senior-level training
The Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Dialogue has announced the launch of both internal and external entrance exams for cycles II and III at the École nationale d’administration (ENA) in Lomé. This initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of Togo’s public administration by offering 110 new training positions for qualified candidates.
Open to Togolese nationals of all backgrounds, the competitive selection process provides a pathway for current civil servants and external applicants alike to advance their careers through advanced administrative training.
Key dates for application submission
Prospective candidates must submit their applications during official working hours, from 7:00 AM on Monday, 15 June 2026 to 5:00 PM on Friday, 17 July 2026. Applications will be accepted at the ENA headquarters in Lomé as well as at the regional offices of the Directorate of Labour and Social Laws in Kara and Dapaong.
Written exams scheduled for August 2026
The written portion of the entrance exams is set to take place on 12 and 13 August 2026, according to the official announcement.
