The Sénégal U17 national team achieved a successful result this Thursday during a friendly encounter against Tunisie. In a preparation match for the upcoming CAN U17 Maroc 2026, the young Lionceaux, coached by Lamine Sané, emerged victorious with a 1-0 scoreline at the Stade municipal de Hammam Lif.
For this tactical test, the Sénégal head coach handed the captain’s armband to goalkeeper Assane Sarr. The Ndangane FC shot-stopper, who recently tasted success in the UFOA A U17, was protected by a defensive line composed of Cheikh Dieng, Cheikh Thior, Abdourahmane Dièye, and Thierno Sow.
