Royal appointments announced for the superior council of judicial power

In a significant move, His Majesty has confirmed the reappointment of Mr. Mohamed Abdennabaoui for a second term as the esteemed first president of the Court of Cassation. In this crucial capacity, Mr. Abdennabaoui will also continue to serve as the delegated president of the Superior Council of the Judicial Power. Furthermore, the Council welcomes two distinguished new members: Ms. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni, whose appointments are set to bring fresh perspectives to the esteemed body.

His Majesty, may God glorify Him, also graciously designated Mr. Farid El Bacha to join the Superior Council of the Judicial Power. Additionally, the mandates of Mr. Mohamed Zouak and Mr. Mohamed Ennasser were renewed for a second term. These pivotal selections align with the Constitution, which vests the authority to appoint certain members of the Superior Council of the Judicial Power directly with His Majesty the King.

During a formal audience, the two newly appointed members, Ms. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni, solemnly took their oath before His Majesty the King, may God preserve Him, marking their official induction into the Council.
