In Rabat, Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad, welcomed Crispin Mbadu Phanzu, Deputy Minister at the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s (DRC) Ministry of State for Foreign Affairs, Francophonie, and Congolese Abroad. The meeting took place on Wednesday, with Mr. Mbadu Phanzu delivering a personal message from President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
Following the discussions, Mr. Mbadu Phanzu highlighted the robust and enduring bilateral relations between Morocco and the DRC, rooted in shared history. He confirmed that his visit aims to bolster cooperation ahead of the DRC’s bid for the Secretary-General position at the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF).
