Belgian winger Leandro Trossard finalizes transfer to Turkish club Besiktas

Transfer update: Trossard joins Besiktas
The dynamic Belgian international winger Leandro Trossard, fresh off an English Premier League title and Champions League final appearance with Arsenal, has officially concluded his tenure at the Emirates Stadium. The 31-year-old will now ply his trade in Turkey with Besiktas.
Following three and a half years with the Gunners—where he amassed 36 goals and 34 assists across 174 appearances—Trossard received permission from Arsenal to travel to Istanbul for a medical examination and finalize his transfer paperwork. Arsenal confirmed they had reached a financial agreement with Besiktas for the deal.
Besiktas swiftly celebrated the arrival by sharing an image of Trossard in his new black-and-white striped jersey, posing alongside club president Serdal Adali. The Belgian attacker has also made significant contributions to his national team, netting twice during Belgium’s World Cup quarterfinal run.
