Prime Minister Ghrieb arrived in N’Djamena earlier that day, representing Algeria on a state visit requested by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The agenda centered on deepening bilateral ties, fostering regional cooperation, and strengthening economic and security partnerships between Algeria and Chad.
The discussions underscored shared priorities in the Sahel, including counterterrorism efforts, trade expansion, and infrastructure development. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to mutual support and sustainable collaboration in West Africa’s evolving geopolitical landscape.
