Mr. Mahamat Koty Abdraman has been appointed as the new Director of User Reception Centers, succeeding first-grade Police Controller Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, who has been reassigned to another government portfolio.
Administrative restructuring bolsters operational efficiency
Meanwhile, Mr. Khassim Taha Bouri steps into the role of Director of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, who has also been transferred to a new position within the administration.
