Hours after his official swearing-in ceremony, President Romuald Wadagni formally signed Decree N°2026-314 on May 24, 2026, outlining the composition of his first government. This newly formed executive team comprises twenty-two ministers and three delegated ministers. Alongside them, Wilson Gakpéto has been appointed Secretary-General of the Government through a separate decree. The specifics of the decree were publicly presented by Aristide DJIDJOHO, the Secretary-General of the Presidency.
