A former English professor hailing from Ifangni—just like his predecessor Louis Vlavonou—he will now represent this constituency in the 10th legislature. Silibi’s entry comes as Louis Vlavonou steps down from his parliamentary role to join the Senate as a member of right, a position granted due to his prior tenure as Assembly president.
