From July 6 to 10, 2026, a delegation of senior officials from Benin’s Autonomous National Electoral Commission (CENA) traveled to New Delhi, India, to participate in an intensive international training program focused on artificial intelligence applications in electoral processes.
Organized by the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) framework, this five-day session equipped electoral administrators with advanced tools and methodologies to enhance election management through AI-driven solutions.
