ALGIERS – In a pivotal stride for regional energy advancement, Algerian Minister of Energy and Renewable Energies, Mourad Adjal, and Chadian Minister of Water and Energy, Passalé Kanabé Marcelin, officially signed an agreement today in Algiers.
