This was the key outcome of the evaluation workshop held on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 in Kribi, bringing together members of the board of directors, the general assembly, BVMAC officials and the brokerage firms assisting Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.) in its listing process.
The workshop, focused on review and adoption, also included directors and several deputy directors of ADC S.A. The agenda featured a presentation on the stock market listing process delivered by Patrick MBARGA, head of the management control division, followed by an assessment of progress carried out by Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A.
This first phase of the evaluation concluded with remarks from the Director General of the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC), who expressed satisfaction with ADC S.A.’s progress. In his view, at this stage ADC S.A. can already be considered ready for listing on the stock exchange, and specifically in the premium segment.
